Press & citations
For journalists, researchers and health desks.
Stimulant Recovery is part of an independent Canadian network that indexes addiction treatment from cited public sources and connects people to care with their express consent. We are not a treatment centre and we are not paid per admission.
What you can cite
Every listing on the directory shows its sources and retrieval dates; the licensing and regulatory record sits beside what each operator markets. Cite the listing URL and the retrieval date shown on it. Unknown facts are left blank, never estimated.
Corrections
Errors are fixed within two business days of a report and noted on the page. Write to hello@stimulantrecovery.ca with the URL and the source that contradicts us.
The Canada Treatment Access Report
In preparation: a periodic, sourced picture of access — public versus private capacity, funding pathways, and how facilities are registered versus how they are marketed — built from the directory's verified data. It publishes when the index is large enough to say something true about a province; no date is promised until then.
How we make money — and don't
Licensed providers pay flat marketing fees for consented introductions; never per admission, never for ranking, never for a "verified" label. Verification is earned by documents, not bought. Full policy.
