If you need help now — and where to turn next.
Every number here is a public, verified crisis or navigation line — never a treatment-facility intake number. Call any of them just to talk; you never have to be sure it's "serious enough."
Chest pain or paranoia right now → 911 / nearest ER. Chest pressure, a racing irregular heartbeat, paranoia that won't ease, voices, or hallucinations — stimulant emergencies are heart and mind emergencies. Not a nap. Not tomorrow.

A room tonight, and the public routes
A free meeting tonight and the provincial public routes are the two moves that cost nothing — and neither requires giving your name to us.
Cocaine Anonymous — official meeting finder
Meetings in person and online, across Canada
Free peer fellowship. Despite the name, CA's stated scope covers all mind-altering substances — powder, crack, meth, pills, or all of the above. No fees, no sign-up, no referral. The official finder is the only current source for meeting times.
Crystal Meth Anonymous — official meeting finder
Meetings in Canadian cities and heavily online
A free peer fellowship for people whose problem is — or includes — crystal meth. Rooms where a five-day run, the sleep debt, and the paranoia need no explaining. Show up as you are, including mid-crash, including still using.
Narcotics Anonymous — all substances, densest coverage
NA welcomes all substances and has the densest meeting coverage in Canada — in smaller towns it may be the only room in driving distance. Many people mix: NA for frequency, CA or CMA for specificity. The official site has the finder.
Health Canada — get help with substance use
The official federal directory of provincial and territorial substance-use services — free public counselling, withdrawal support, and treatment access routes for every province.
